  The other reviews here are true. Terrible service from start (can’t say to finish because I’m not able to resolve my complaint).
  
  I had someone come out and give me a quote for repair which involved them taking my money and then not contacting me again for months. A quote arrives in the mail and I return it via email as per the instructions but when I call to pay can’t get anyone. No one will call me back.
  
  I complained to pella directly and they passed it on to the manager who, surprise, hasn’t reached out.
  
  Don’t waste your time. You will be sorry.
